MET: Day One

MET Day One: Getting down to business! 💼✨

Thursday kicked off at the stunning Casa Convalescència (part of the Autonomous University of Barcelona), and wow — the building blew me away!

I felt so welcome from the moment I walked through the door, and Kate was incredibly helpful in making everything run smoothly.

I attended the workshop “Speaking a Brand’s Language: A Deep Dive into Verbal Identity” with Elina. It was so engaging from the start — I loved the hands-on approach and group work on copywriting. A special highlight was meeting Paula, a lovely Logroñesa — it turns out we’d both lived in Logroño for years without ever crossing paths!

The day ended on a relaxed note with a drink and chat with both first-timers and long-time members. Later, Paula, Aída, and I enjoyed an impromptu dinner — the perfect way to wrap up an inspiring first day. 🥂
