Throwback to April 5th — my first visit to DO Penedès! I stopped by Can Ràfols dels Caus, tucked among the vineyards, before heading to Albet i Noya’s wine bar for a perfect pairing of wine and cheese.
Known as pioneers of ecological wines in Spain, their commitment to organic viticulture made the experience even more special.
